[job_card.job_description]Perform comprehensive health assessments and exams Develop and manage personalized care plans Monitor chronic and acute conditions Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and prescribe medications Educate residents and families on wellness and disease management Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives Document all care in EMR system Preferred : Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9 : 00 AM - 2 : 00 PM) Flexible : Open to alternate part-time availability On-Site Only Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific) DEA registration for prescribing Eligible for Medicare / Medicaid billing Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (geriatric or LTC preferred) Connect with fellow locum professionals through online forums, networking events, and support groups, fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and shared learning experiences.
