What You'll Do :

As an Installation Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for :

Creating an Unparalleled Experience : Deliver exceptional service by performing at the highest level possible.

Installation & Maintenance : Expertly install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.

Efficient Resource Management : Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.

Customer Engagement : Collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed.

Vehicle & Equipment Care : Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.

Administrative Tasks : Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

Cross-Training : Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements :

Can-Do Attitude : A positive and proactive approach to work.

Professional Appearance & Personality : Maintain a professional image and demeanor.

Excellent Communication Skills : Effective interaction with customers and colleagues.

Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge : Proven expertise in the field.

CFC Certification : Required for the role.

Valid Driver’s License : A clean driving record is a must.

Physical Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.

Local or Relocating : We welcome candidates who are already living in Sioux Falls or looking to move to this vibrant city.
