Non-Invasive Cardiology Opening - Indianapolis Seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiologist who specializes in Non-Invasive Cardiology (with an interest in heart failure and/or advanced cardiology as a preference but not a prerequisite) Position DetailsFull-time, permanentLarge collegial group at a tertiary care center which has no overnight call responsibilities, great APP support, and clinical pod structuring which allows physicians to work in a collaborative work environment.Graduated up ramping of yearly time-off with 40 days of PTO starting year 3No overnight callPod-based clinic structure with dedicated support team for all clinical workflows (e.g. inbox management, surgical clearances, Peer-to-Peer, refill management, medical records, etc.)EPIC-based system for both inpatient and outpatient documentationAverage outpatient volume: 11 - 22 patients per day, depending on days clinic schedule.Weekend/Holiday Call: 1:5Short Call: On average one evening every 4-5 weeks, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.Tailor-made approach for inpatient vs. outpatient responsibilitiesState-of-the-art labs: Phillips systems which includes the Flex vision screens with the most updated software package including clarity software and availability of nine data out ports providing connection to TEE/CCTAs images on the Flex vision screensState-of -the- art cardiac CT I(including CT-FFR), MRI (both stress and 4D flow imaging) and vascular imagingAccess to cutting edge structural heart programSupport to outreach locations <1 hour from main campusRobust clinical research program with over 50 active clinical trials including investigator-initiated studies.Compensation/BenefitsHealth Group strives to create a flexible and realistic work-life balance for our providers.
