Engineering Planner

Job Purpose :

The Engineering Planner creates PCB production sequences using InPlan / InStack, performs DFM reviews, and ensures adherence to customer specs and industry standards. This role requires technical expertise, problem solving, and strong communication to support production and customers.

Nature of Duties / Responsibilities :

• Will work in the Front-end Engineering and creates step sequence to produce PCBs.
• Develop impedance stack-ups.
• Provide tooling instructions to CAM operators.
• Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews on customer designs and spec summaries.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IPC) and customer requirements.

Education and Experience :

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range (annual) : $54,567.26 - $85,280.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
