A homecare clinic is seeking an experienced Call Center Director to lead its high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will oversee a large team, optimize communication workflows, and ensure exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day call center operations
- Leading, training, and motivating a large call center team
- Ensuring high standards of patient communication and service
- Implementing workflows, procedures, and performance metrics
- Streamlining processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Collaborating with leadership to align service goals
Ideal Qualifications
Salary : $75k - $100k / Year
