System Administrator MSP | Hybrid (Lisle, IL)

Responsibilities :
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, and networked devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc.)
- Perform user administration, permissions, and system configuration tasks
- Work tickets end-to-end from intake to resolution
- Use PSA / RMM tools (ConnectWise, IT Glue, etc.) to document and manage client environments
- Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations or complex troubleshooting
- Maintain clear communication and professionalism with end users
Requirements :
Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows environmentsMSP or IT services experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 administrationUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (switching, printers, workstation setup)Experience with PSA / RMM tools is a plusExcellent communication skills and client-facing presenceAbility to work both independently and in a team-driven environmentA growth mindset with desire to continually learnAssociate / Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)Work Schedule :
