Lead Product Designer (Web3 / DeFi)

Location : $150K - $200K

Compensation : Remote - US / Europe / Latam / Dubai but must have 5hrs overlap with EST

Join a well-funded, expert-led team building the unified yield engine for the crypto economy. We are creating the platform that intelligently reallocates assets across Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols to maximize returns. This is a foundational, fully remote role to own our user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up.

As the Lead Product Designer, you will have immense ownership, responsible for shaping the design of the next generation of our platform. You will build extraordinary, simple, and delightful experiences in a complex Web3 ecosystem. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on high ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking full ownership of the design process end-to-end.

The Opportunity :

• UX / Brand Ownership : Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol.
• Design Thinking : Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the complex Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
• End-to-End Delivery : Own design problems from initial research and conceptualisation through shipping production-ready interfaces.
• Rapid Iteration : Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-Functional Impact : Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive user flows.
