Job Summary :

The Quality Management Systems Specialist will be responsible for helping to create maintain and continuously improve of Quality Management System (QMS) this role the incumbent will also be supporting process audits. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Implement an overall shared electronic system with an integrated document repository training skills matrices risk assessment tools and lessons learned applications.
• Help in coordinating organizing and maintaining internal and external audit schedules for the QMS.
• Assist with conducting quality audits identifying documenting and providing solutions for Non-Conformances (NCRs) Corrective Actions (CARs) & Preventive Actions (PARs)
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs

QUALIFICATIONS :

The estimated salary range for this position is $75000 to $85000 plus pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location and is not typically at the top of the range.
