Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, and claims
Analyze problems and provide solutions while maintaining positive customer relations
Document customer interactions and identify trends to address service issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility is preferred
Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems
Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must have a HIPAA-compliant workstation and meet internet speed requirements
