Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Director to lead and manage our athletic programs in Birmingham MI. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for sports and the ability to oversee all aspects of athletic operations to ensure a positive and competitive environment for student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and oversee athletic programs and policies.
• Manage budgets schedules and resources for all sports teams.
• Hire train and evaluate coaching staff and athletic personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local and state athletic regulations and standards.
• Promote sportsmanship teamwork and academic achievement among student-athletes.
• Coordinate with school administration parents and community stakeholders.
• Organize athletic events competitions and facilities maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Sports Management Physical Education or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
