A well-established and mission-driven community health organization is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for its location in Los Banos, California . Position Highlights :

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Patient Volume : Average of patients per day

Preferred : Bilingual in English and Spanish

Scope of Services :

Preventive care and immunizations

Health screenings and physical exams

Management of chronic conditions

Acute care for minor injuries and infections

Health and nutrition education

Sick visits and follow-up care

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary Range : $140,000 $145,000 annually

Vacation : 15 working days per year (3 weeks), increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

CME Benefits :

5 days of paid CME leave annually

Up to $2,100 reimbursement for CME-related expenses

State licensure, DEA, one professional membership, and recertification costs covered

Retirement Plan : 403(b) retirement plan with employer match of 100% up to 5% of annual salary

Productivity Incentive Bonus : $10 per patient encounter over 22 per day, calculated and paid quarterly (must be employed at the time of bonus disbursement)
