Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the SDR onboarding experience to enhance productivity
Deliver coaching and training to SDRs on prospecting and messaging
Create and manage SDR playbooks and content for effective outreach
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years in SDR Enablement, SDR Management, or a Senior SDR role in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of SDR motions and qualification frameworks
Proven success in improving SDR performance through coaching and training
Experience collaborating with SDR, Marketing, and Product teams
Familiarity with SDR tools and sales methodologies is a plus
