We are currently working with a top construction company who is looking to make an addition to their accounting team. This position will report into the Controller and will offer a unique opportunity to work with an exciting company in the Construction sector.

Role Overview

The Project Accountant will manage financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. This role supports project managers and leadership in maintaining fiscal control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle project-level accounting for multiple construction projects.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior accountants to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in construction accounting (GC experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with civil and commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
