Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
Collaborate with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
Build partnerships with compensation, human resources, and finance to scale hiring efforts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor throughout the recruiting process
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving organization with high autonomy
Proven skills in attracting passive candidates and building diverse pipelines
Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement
