Quality Assurance Specialist

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review invoices for accurate formatting, pricing, and billing in collaboration with the Program Management Department

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for franchisees related to data transmission

Act as a liaison between program customers and franchisees to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Comfortable with business mathematics and understanding financial statements

Ability to read and interpret business periodicals and governmental regulations

Experience in solving practical problems in non-standardized situations

Highly organized with strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred, with two years of related experience preferred
