Elizabeth Park is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Director of Community Marketing to lead our outreach, referral development, and community engagement strategies. This key leadership role will focus on strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers, promoting the center’s mission of compassionate care, and supporting census growth through effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive community marketing and referral strategy that supports census goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, senior centers, and community organizations.
Represent Elizabeth Park at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and professional gatherings.
Oversee on-site marketing tours, family engagement meetings, and outreach appointments.
Create effective marketing materials, digital content, and referral outreach tools.
Track and analyze referral trends, outreach activity, and competitor landscape.
Collaborate closely with the Admissions Director to ensure timely follow-up with referral sources.
Maintain a professional, mission-centered presence that reflects our commitment to quality care.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or nursing home admissions/marketing.
Strong understanding of referral networks within long-term care, subacute rehab, and senior services.
Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable representing the facility in a variety of professional settings.
Creative thinker with the ability to plan events and develop marketing materials.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
