A company is looking for a Quality Control Underwriter.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Control examinations and documentation of loan reviews, providing feedback on potential errors
Audit loans for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all required documentation is present
Provide coaching and training to staff to meet company goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
5+ years of current experience in underwriting, preferably with Quality Control and Due Diligence experience
3+ years of experience reviewing NON QM loans
Experience with LauraMac
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guides and QM / Ability to Repay Rules
Deep understanding of DSCR / business purpose loans
