Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant

Location : Allen, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

  • $23.08 / hr
  • Monday–Friday
  • Start Date : Thursday, July 17th

ROLE IMPACT

As an Inside Sales Representative / Lease Consultant, you will drive revenue by converting qualified landlord leads into signed lease agreements. You’ll manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract execution—while leveraging strong communication skills and a structured sales process to achieve measurable results. This position directly supports company growth through consistent deal flow and high-quality customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound landlord inquiries
  • Identify decision-makers, build rapport, and advance deals efficiently
  • Present and negotiate lease terms with clarity and professionalism
  • Prepare and process accurate lease documentation and approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and verify data integrity

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of commission-based outbound sales experience
  • Strong phone presence with persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to structured workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Excel, Word
  • VoIP calling systems
  • Internal sales enablement tools

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment
  • Proven success exceeding sales goals or earning commissions
  • Familiarity with real estate or lease consulting
