Registered Behavior Technician

At Pair With ABA, we are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $30 to $35 per hour. This position requires weekday availability, afternoon hour availability required.Description

• Responsibilities :
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients- Record and monitor client progress through data collection- Collaborate with the treatment team to set and achieve individualized treatment goals- Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Requirements :
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification REQUIRED- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
