What You Will Do

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' requirements and devise personalized therapy interventions to help them meet their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Apply evidence-based techniques to support the enhancement of patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide well-rounded care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Empower patients and their families with knowledge regarding therapy techniques to encourage continuous progress beyond the therapy room.
• Track and Adapt Treatment Progress : Monitor patient advancements and modify therapy approaches as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
