Senior Transfers Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Transfers Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely review, reconciliation, and fund application for servicing business

Perform reconciliations of investor accounts and resolve discrepancies

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance with investor guidelines

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in investor accounting or MSR billing within the mortgage servicing industry

Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan portfolios

Proficiency in using investor reporting platforms and mortgage servicing systems

Finance or accounting degree or 2-3 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role

Minimum education requirement : High school diploma or GED equivalent required
