Location : Middleton, WI

Shift : 7 : 00am – 4 : 00pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible)

Compensation : $25-$30 (Based on experience)

Type : Full-time, Direct Hire

Are you a skilled cabinet assembler or millworker with hands-on experience in custom cabinet production? We’re looking for experienced professionals only to join our client’s growing team in Middleton, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who can take the lead in production and bring expertise in woodworking and assembly.

Please note : Only candidates with prior cabinetmaking or millwork experience will be considered for this role.

What You'll Do :

Lead and assist in the assembly of high-quality cabinets, displays, and fixtures

Handle complex projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines are met

Train and support junior team members (Level I and II)

Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders

Operate various shop machinery and tools

Utilize FileMaker and Google Docs for scheduling and production tracking

Maintain shop cleanliness and support packaging / shipping processes

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in cabinetmaking or millwork

OR

Completion of a trade program with 2+ years in a lead or senior-level role

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

Demonstrated leadership experience in a production or assembly environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to read shop drawings accurately

Working knowledge of FileMaker and Google Docs (preferred)

Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods in a shop environment
