Patient Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist to coordinate appointments and communicate key information to patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, referring physicians, and facilities

Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities to patients and staff

Respond to patient, provider, and team member requests promptly and maintain patient information

Required Qualifications

Experience with insurance eligibility

Bachelor's degree preferred

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Strong organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize
