Opportunity Highlights

Focus on a manageable and diverse caseload with no cardiac or trauma cases

The incoming Pediatric Anesthesiologist will receive excellent compensation, including a $50K sign-on and a $50K retention bonus in years 2 and 3

Work exclusively with board-certified MDs and DOs in a physician-only anesthesia model-no CRNAs or residents

Manage pediatric cases approximately 40%-50% of the time, along with OB, orthopedics, urology, and general surgery

Enjoy flexible scheduling with quarterly planning, defined call rotations, and post-call days off
