In this Principal Technical Program Management role you will be working across multiple functional teams and lead us through planning and designing technical solutions on software development and GPU Data Center Infrastructure to solve the business-critical problems in a very agile fast-paced and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.
You will define project scopes plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff providing technical support and direction.
You will collaborate closely with our technical architects partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills strong business judgment and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building. You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud. You will partner closely with peers developers and customers to create solutions while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $90100 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
