I am looking for ambitious individuals to join our firm. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of personal success, and a demonstrated interest in business, finance, sales, or entrepreneurship.

Your role as an Associate Financial Advisor would be to work alongside a seasoned advisor to help serve existing clients, assist with back office operations, and help drive firm growth. You will assist in helping develop solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement distribution planning, insurance services, investment management, tax, and estate planning. The objective would be to develop and grow into a seasoned financial planner managing a book of business.

Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Wealth management, insurance, and financial services
  • Prior sales and / or business experience
  • Entrepreneurial background
  • Former military

    • As an Associate Financial Advisor, a typical day includes :

  • Meeting with clients and prospective clients for planning
  • Networking for new clients
  • Assisting with back-office operations
  • Building financial plans
  • Making calls to prospective clients
  • Managing & nurturing existing clientele

    • Income :

    This is a base + performance bonuses. Total first year comp will be $70k-$100k, not including employer paid benefits.
