[job_card.job_description]Provide direct patient care to clinic patients - examine, diagnose, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans Maintain health records for all patients through the use of electronic health records Provide continuity of care to patients, and serve in rotation for both after-hour care coverage and Quick Care coverage as appropriate Participate in the review, development, and training of patient care policies, procedures, protocols, and standing orders Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes Provide professional perspective and direction in the development of the community health care plan Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Nebraska Current DEA license required Knowledge of public health principles and practices Demonstrated professional commitment to providing services to medically under-served individuals in a public health setting Ability to foster strong patient-provider relationships Current certificate in BLS and ACLS Administrative experience as a physician in implementing community health programs preferred Live and work in a thriving community offering the perfect balance between small-town charm and access to big-city amenities Discover scenic parks, rich history, unique attractions, and vibrant local culture Access to multiple parks, walking / biking trails, camping, and river and lake recreation options Vibrant historic downtown Trackside District offering boutiques, dining, live music, arts and other seasonal entertainment options Excellent school system and so much more!
