Job title : Senior Software Engineer
Lead technical initiatives as a Senior Software Engineer in our innovative, fast-paced environment. You'll design and develop sophisticated .NET web solutions, mentor team members, and drive the integration of AI capabilities across our technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using .NET technologies
- Architect scalable database solutions and optimize performance
- Design and implement robust web services and API architectures
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews
- Drive technical decision-making and establish development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical challenges
- Contribute to system architecture and technology roadmap planning
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption
