We are currently seeking a quality candidate for the position of patient transportation and escort services. This role is vital in ensuring our residents are safely and comfortably transported to and from appointments.

Job Description :

• Transport residents from their rooms to the front entrance for pickup by transportation services.
• Ensure residents are dressed appropriately, including shoes, shirts, and pants.
• Confirm that all necessary paperwork accompanies the resident before leaving the facility.
• Push wheelchairs or guide residents to their doctor's appointments, assisting with paperwork as needed, especially for those with visual impairments.
• Assist residents back to the facility and to their respective rooms.
• Ensure that the nursing staff has all required paperwork from appointments.
