Key Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy and alignment across CRM, accounting, and customer data systems
Document and streamline operational workflows to support revenue forecasting and goal tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales activities and ensure smooth transitions in the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
Proficiency in CRM and business tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and PowerBI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets
Highly organized and proactive, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
