Entry Level Customer Service Representative-Order Processor

The Entry Level Customer Service Representative-Order Processor will be responsible for delivering accurate product information to both customers and sales representatives. Additionally, they will handle the receipt, assessment, and fulfillment of quotes and orders.

Duties, tasks and responsibilities :

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs.
• Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work directly with sales reps and customers processing orders.
• Provide continuous customer support through the order process.
• Building relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication and problem solving.
• Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Detail oriented and driven.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.

Minimum qualifications :

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service or related fields

Experience with HubSpot a plus
