Locum to Perm Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Bilingual - CA license

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage in an outpatient clinic setting in Moreno Valley, CA.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking consistent weekday coverage with potential for permanent placement. Coverage begins January 12, 2026.

🏥 Job Details :

Specialty : Family Medicine – Outpatient Only

Setting : Outpatient clinic

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

No call, no weekends

Contract Length : Locums-to-Perm opportunity

Start Date : January 12, 2026 (credentialing required)

Patient Volume : Approximately 35–50 patients per day (appointment-based with walk-ins)

Patient Population : All age groups

Team Support : Collaborative environment with physicians and medical staff

Responsibilities :

Conduct physical exams and gather medical history

Diagnose and manage primary care conditions

Prescribe and administer treatments

Educate patients and families on best practices

Document and update patient records

Refer patients to specialists as needed

✅ Requirements :

Active California NP or PA license

Board Certification : Required

Experience : Minimum 1 year in Family Practice

Language : Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Certifications : DEA and applicable credentials

📋 Credentialing :

Estimated timeframe : ~30 days

Completion of facility-specific forms and verifications required
