Position Title:Certified Personal Trainer

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members and clients in each session.
- Adhere to Fitness Central personal training standards and procedures.
- Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity of your client(s) throughout your training session(s).
- Report to your session(s) a minimum of 15 minutes before session start to ensure everything is set up properly.
- Begin and end each session on time.
- Execute sessions on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.
- Communicate with the Director of Personal Training on member and client feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.
- Ensure the equipment that was used is put away, sanitized and properly stored.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Instructors must have a current personal training certification.
-Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.
- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, and exercise modifications for all populations.
- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
