About the Role

We're looking for our first onsite recruiting coordinator to join our growing talent team. This person must have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to help streamline and support all stages of our hiring process. This role improves the candidate experience, ensures efficient scheduling and communication, and helps maintain a consistent, high-quality recruiting workflow.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, maintain accurate data, and keep hiring operations running smoothly.

Location

Foxglove is a remote-friendly company, with employees spread across many locations. We maintain Pacific Time hours and hire within ±4 hours of U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration.

For this position, we require someone who can be on-site in San Francisco five days a week.
