Job Summary :

Our Southern Arizona - Tucson District is looking for motivated sales management professionals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join the Farmers Insurance team. If you are goal-oriented, coachable, and highly self-motivated, now is the time to join our company.  As a full-time Agency Owner, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.  One of the best parts of being an Agency owner with Farmers Insurance is the fact that you own your business, so you can pass your legacy down to your family!

What we offer :

Farmers Agents own their agencies! Be your own boss, while having the backing and support of a Fortune 500 company. As an owner of your own business, this is a 100% commission (uncapped) based opportunity.

As a new Agency Owner you can take part in an industry-leading bonus program that includes :

  • $5K signing bonus
  • Up to 300% monthly bonus on all commissions
  • $500 Monthly marketing stipend
  • $6K for exterior branding!

    • Responsibilities :

  • Create and lead your own team of sales professionals to help drive new business and take advantage of all Bonus & Incentive opportunities; our district office will provide recruiting support
  • Cultivate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, calling leads, using referrals etc.
  • Sell commercial insurance
  • Sell Life Insurance to help protect your Clients and their Families.
  • Care for and support your client’s needs and assets
  • Selling Farmers Financial Services (retirement and education savings accounts) is an option for interested and qualified agents
  • Learn and promote new products and services.
  • Comply with insurance Standards & Regulations.

    • Agency Owner Qualifications :

  • Must currently possess or be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses.
  • One (1) year or more of management or leadership experience is required.
  • Two (2) years of sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Strong personal financial background.
  • Desire to build and grow your own business.
  • Great Customer Service & Communication Skills.
