Bariatric Nurse Practitioner

Tufts Medicine is seeking a p er diem Bariatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team of collaborative providers at our Lowell General Hospital Weight Management and Bariatric Surgery Center in North Chelmsford, MA . Join an established group of 5 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners in the most comprehensive bariatric surgery program in the region.

The ideal candidate will have experience with and / or a strong interest in bariatrics / weight management and be comfortable evaluating patients for metabolic conditions, creating customized treatment plans, and prescribing anti-obesity medications including GLP-1's in accordance with evidence-based protocols.

Who you are :

Graduate of an accredited and / or approved Nurse Practitioner program.

Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Clinical experience in Bariatric Medicine / Weight Management is preferred.

Passionate about caring for a diverse population of Bariatric Medicine / Weight Management patients.

Current certification in CPR required.

A team player who is excited to work alongside the interdisciplinary team to assist in patient care, support, and satisfaction.

Pay range listed is for a full-time position.

$124,800.00 - $156,000.00
