This inventory moving position earns a competitive wage of $18.00 - $21.00 / hour , depending on experience. This warehouse coordination position typically works Monday - Friday , leaving your weekends open and free!

YOUR DAY AS A RESTORATION INVENTORY LEAD - LABORER

As a Restoration Inventory Lead - Laborer, you provide support and pack-out services to clients going through tough situations by visiting their homes and businesses to help remove designated items and store them safely in our warehouse. Every day is filled with something new to do as you thoroughly review daily schedules to figure out where you need to go and what items to take out. You even let the customer know when you're heading their way before leaving our shop.

Once you arrive at the client's location, you lead your team in carefully loading boxes and items into the work truck and then transporting everything safely to our warehouse. Handling every item with great care, you unload the materials and make sure that all inventory is accurately recorded. You make sure that all materials are properly stored in our warehouse and that our work trucks are always fully stocked for pack-outs.

WHAT WE NEED IN A RESTORATION INVENTORY LEAD - LABORER

Do you have exceptional problem-solving skills? Are you professional in both appearance and attitude? Can you manage your time well and work quickly without letting your quality slip? Are you a team player? Do you have strong planning and leadership skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this inventory position! We also require :

• Computer proficiency, including the ability to use a variety of software and mobile applications
• Physical ability to work in the field and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in person

Experience with pack-out procedures would be preferred but isn't required. We will train the right candidate to succeed in this position!
