Community Physician Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing practice Community Westfield Hospital and Community Howard Regional Hospital.

Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.

• Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 45+ Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
• Shared 1 : 4 STEMI call
• Desired Northside suburbs
