Paraplanner

The Paraplanner will be responsible for supporting financial advisors with research, planning, and client service tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences.

Pay Rate : $45,000-$60,000 / year

Paraplanner Responsibilities :

• Processing and tracking client transactions
• ssist financial advisors in preparing and updating financial plans, investment proposals, and reports.
• Conduct research on investment products, financial strategies, and planning solutions.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data in financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Support advisors during client meetings by preparing meeting materials and follow-up documentation.
• Review client accounts and portfolios for accuracy and compliance.
• Track action items from client meetings and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate paperwork for new accounts, transfers, and other client requests.
• Provide exceptional client service by handling inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance client experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
