MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES :

• Manage daily activities and costs associated with the department.
• Working knowledge of Passivation, Pickle / Etch, Anodizing, Chemical Film Conversion Coatings, and Coatings Application.
• Design, develop, and implement new and improved processes
• Project planning
• Due Diligence
• Air Quality Permits
• Stormwater Permits
• Wastewater Permit Applications
• Regulatory Compliance
• Vendor Relationship Management
• EHS Management Systems and Record keeping.
• Conduct test to evaluate the efficiency of the process.
• Supervise individuals within the Chemical Processing Department as it relates to projects and responding to calls from

customers requesting technical assistance.
