Now Hiring : WFH RN Case Manager - Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join a leading healthcare organization. This role is ideal for clinicians with strong assessment, coordination, and advocacy skills who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven remote environment.

The Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting members through proactive assessment, care planning, and facilitation of services to achieve optimal, cost-effective outcomes. You'll use clinical expertise, benefit plan knowledge, and case management tools to support members and ensure high-quality care.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM EST

Type : Remote (Must have previous remote work experience)

Pay Rate : $32-$34.58 / hr.(based on experience, education, and location)

Licensure Required : Active, Unrestricted RN Compact License

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive member assessments using clinical tools and data review
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized case management plans
  • Apply clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and company policies
  • Coordinate care, services, and resources to meet member health needs
  • Communicate effectively with members, providers, and internal teams
  • Maintain documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and productivity standards
  • Navigate multiple computer systems efficiently while performing phone-based duties

Required Qualifications

  • RN with active, unrestricted Compact State License
  • Previous remote work experience (required)
  • Case Management experience (required)
  • 2-3 years clinical practice experience
  • Hospital, home health, or ambulatory settings preferred
  • 2+ years in the healthcare or managed care industry
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to fast-paced change
  • Proficiency with computer systems, documentation, and telephonic work
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Case Management Certification (CCM, ACM, or equivalent)
  • Work Environment

  • Fully remote, sedentary work
  • Extensive computer and phone-based duties
  • Must be able to review handwritten and electronic documents

    Pay Details : $34.58 per hour
