Job Description : The Role :

Entegris is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team. This position will be based in our Aurora, IL area. This role will be a 6-month contract / temporary role.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating all daily shipping activities along with the timely completion of the corresponding shipping transactions. Supply Chain Specialist works closely with carriers and logistics service providers to ensure schedules are executed timely and in compliance with US import / export regulations. The Supply Chain Specialist will work very closely with individuals in other groups such as Production Planning, Quality, Shipping Operations & Customer Service to effectively meet customer and Entegris shipping requirements.

What You'll Do

• Book, schedule and coordinate weekly shipments with carriers or freight forwarders and communicate schedules timely
• Create shipping order packets and corresponding shipping documents for all shipments accurately and timely
• Manage daily shipping office operations which include, but are not limited to :

Ensuring timely preparation of all documentation
