Key Responsibilities
Partner with various teams to translate talent philosophies and frameworks into system requirements and design
Collaborate with Talent and Technology teams to define specifications and ensure optimal user experience for HR systems
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for talent-related systems, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Qualifications
5-7+ years in talent management, performance management, HR technology, or product management roles
Product management experience with a proven track record in requirements gathering and lifecycle management
Advanced HRIS expertise in Talent Management and related modules, with a preference for WorkDay
Strong analytical and technical skills, including HR analytics and data-driven decision making
Certifications in Talent & Performance Management, WorkDay, Change Management, or Project Management
