About the Role:
Clarvida is hiring a
Licensed Psychologist to join our mental health services team in Costa Mesa for our Children's program.
This part-time role(29 hours a week) offers competitive hourly pay, flexibility, supervision responsibilities, and opportunities for clinical leadership and professional growth. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will provide individual and group counseling to support personal, social, educational, and vocational development. A majority of your time will be spent on clinical services, including directing or supervising subordinate clinical staff, with occasional administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities - Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients to promote behavioral, social, educational, and vocational adjustment
- Supervise subordinate clinical staff and provide clinical direction when needed
- Collaborate with care teams, families, and community providers
- Assist with program development and support activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited college or university
- Registered with the state board as a Psychological Assistant and licensure-eligible upon passing required exams
- Valid California driver's license and auto insurance
- Proof of education required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Orange County Department of Mental Health
- Prior clinical supervision or leadership experience

- Hourly pay range: $43.00-$44.00 per hour
