• The Staff of Life is currently looking for candidates for a Specialty Team Assistant. The Specialty area includes Cheese, Beer, Wine, and Antipasti, as well as some companion products. A flexible schedule is required for consideration, you must be available to work weekends and evening shifts. This opportunity is a great window into the world and variety of specialty food. Ideal candidates are eager to taste all the products we represent and should be able to convey the experience to our customer base on the sales floor. The primary duties for the position include;

Beer / Wine

Cheese / Antipasti Bar

And any additional duties as assigned by managers. We have many departments, but we are one store and all employees are expected to help out in all departments when help is needed. Employees will be cross trained in other departments when possible.

Specialty Team Assistant is not a supervisor role. Specialty Team Assistant is a specialized team member role which entails learning about department products and learning how to talk to customers about them.
