Middle PPC Manager
We're looking for a Middle PPC Manager to drive growth by running and testing campaigns fast and effectively. You'll be part of a lean B2B marketing team, responsible for managing budgets, launching experiments, and optimizing paid channels for ROI.
Remote. Full-time or Part-time, both works.
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant B2B channels.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and share insights with the team.
Manage budgets effectively with a focus on cost efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to generate new ad concepts.
Stay up-to-date on PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
23 years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads essential).
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering ROI in B2B campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics / Tag Manager.
Ability to design and execute A / B tests across campaigns.
Taste in ads' design and copy.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other niche B2B channels.
Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation tools.
Creative mindset for ad copy and visual briefs.
Experience in SaaS, creative services, or e-commerce marketing.
