Your responsibilities will include : - Overseeing daily operations during your shift to ensure everything runs efficiently. - Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service. - Managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring all team members are on track. - Handling any issues that arise during your shift with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
