Physiatrist Contractor

Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist (1099 Independent Contractor)

We are seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join us as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part‑time on‑site role.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medically complex patients, focusing on return‑to‑work and functional restoration.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy teams; perform procedures such as EMGs and NCS for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries.
• Communicate with employers and participate in case management to improve patient outcomes.
• Work approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, with scheduling that complements your practice.

Compensation is based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications

Qualifications include experience with work‑related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO graduation, unrestricted DEA license, and board certification or eligibility in PM&R. Must have medical malpractice insurance. Our organization is an equal opportunity employer.
