Vice President of Compliance

A company is looking for a Vice President, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Designs and oversees the organization's comprehensive Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Provides strategic guidance on compliance matters to C-suite leaders and manages regulatory relationships and audits

Oversees employee compliance training programs and fosters a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MHA, MPH, MBA) preferred

15+ years of progressive responsibility in a compliance leadership role

Prior leadership experience in a large health care or home care organization preferred

Experience managing regulatory relationships and audits required

CHC, CHPC, or similar professional certification strongly preferred
