Operational Performance Coach
Job Responsibilities:
Coach operational leaders on their management process concepts and programs
Observe managers as they coach and conduct team huddles
Provide feedback on their demonstrated behaviors.
Work with 5-10 managers at a time.
Requirements:
Experience with operational performance coaching
Operational excellence experience
Understanding of business metrics and KPIs
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Emotional intelligence
Ability to create strong relationships
P&C or Claims experience is a plus
Contact center coaching experience is preferred
MS Office proficiency
